This was one of the most effective PD sessions I've ever attended on behavior management! Br.Michael utilized a variety of media (PPT, videos, role play, etc.) in order to convey the material, making it even more accessible. Although some of the information may seem like common sense, seeing how/when to apply it was extremely beneficial.
